Meowgically is a student-led mini company specializing in cat-themed mugs. We offer both pre-designed cat mugs and a customizable program called “Create a Cat,” where customers can submit their own designs or photos and add accessories to personalize their mugs.
2. What is the “Create a Cat” program?
“Create a Cat” allows customers to submit an image or illustration, which our design team brings into real life with digital art tools. Customers can also choose accessories, such as whiskers or blush marks, and request special prompts to make their mugs unique. Customized designs are usually finalized within three days after submission.
3. How can I place an order?

4. How long does it take to receive my mug?
Orders take 2–10 days, depending on production volume and delivery schedules. Custom mugs under Create a Cat are often finished faster since designs are prioritized individually.
5. What are the available payment methods?
Cash on Delivery (COD) – for pick-up orders at PCC only
GCash (pre-payment required) – for pick-up via courier services
A confirmation receipt will be provided after payment.
6. Do you ship nationwide?
As of right now, deliveries are planned to be arranged through courier services within our accessible areas (Metro Manila). Pick-ups are also available at designated locations (PCC – Caloocan).
7. What if my mug arrives damaged?
We follow strict quality control, but in rare cases of damage, customers may reach out within 24 hours of receiving the mug for assistance. Terms and conditions apply.
8. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We do offer discounts, and special promotions are offered during holidays and gift-giving seasons.
9. Are you open to bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we accept bulk orders for events or corporate giveaways. Please message us directly for quotations and lead times.
